Our years of experience have taught us how perform a thorough inspection in an efficient manner. Our Residential Inspection Report provides an objective analysis of the components your home. It features 30 pages of accurate information describing the condition of your new home. In addition, the report features Quick Summary Pages a Final Walk-Thru Checklist, and Maintenance sections for every category. The report is printed for you in our mobile office so you will have the information you need when the inspection is finished. If you can’t be there for the inspection, we can either E-mail or send you the report.
Mark Gottschalk is the President and Owner of American Home Inspections, Inc. He has been in the inspection industry for more than 17 years. Mark has conducted more than 7,000 residential inspections and works with numerous corporations and clients across the Twin Cities metro area. He is a college graduate and is experienced in home design and construction methods. He is knowledgeable in construction materials as well as in the analysis of all home systems.
