I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with John and Kristen in purchasing property “up north!” While it is clear they are beloved by so many in our community, they still somehow make you feel like you’re a top priority, always available and responsive when you need them. Our interactions felt much more like walking through a big life event with supportive friends vs a business transaction, though they are very thorough, clear & knowledgeable every step of the way. Kristin and John did a professional and timely job, complete with graphs and pictures of similar homes in the area and what they had sold for. At the time, our local market had gone through a big down turn in home prices so we owed more than the value of the home. So, they did the ethical thing and recommended that we rent it until the market came up again. They wanted to the do the right thing by us and we greatly appreciated that. They will definitely get the chance to sell this second home again when the market rebounds. We think Kristin and John are the best.
