We had an amazing experience working with the Beise’s. They are very knowledgeable and not only about the market and what’s happening but were invaluable in educating us on fixer upper tips! They were very patient with us, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted but most of the “must haves” we laid out are not at all what we actually needed. Through our trials they listened to all our or critiques, concerns, and anxieties they noted what we were finding important and took us out of comfort zone and showed up houses we wouldn’t have looked at. That being said one of those houses we now live in and call home. They still check in on our progress since we wanted a house we could fix into our home. They reach out on our birthdays and holidays.
