We have been working with Kristin and John for over a decade. To say the least there are many reasons they’re our realtors. From the beginning, they navigated us through the unknown of buying our first home. Not only did they spend countless hours showing us all the possibilities, but found us our perfect starter home. At the time, our local market had gone through a big down turn in home prices so we owed more than the value of the home. So, they did the ethical thing and recommended that we rent it until the market came up again. They wanted to the do the right thing by us and we greatly appreciated that. We had an amazing experience working with the Beise’s. They are very knowledgeable and not only about the market and what’s happening but were invaluable in educating us on fixer upper tips! They were very patient with us, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted but most of the “must haves” we laid out are not at all what we actually needed. Through our trials they listened to all our or critiques, concerns, and anxieties they noted what we were finding important and took us out of comfort zone and showed up houses we wouldn’t have looked at. That being said one of those houses we now live in and call home. We recently sold our home in New Hope, Minnesota and moved into a smaller home in Richfield to be nearer family, and in the process of “down-sizing”, to simplify our life in retirement.
Our guides through this process were John and Kristin Beise. The Beises were so patient and good-humored as we visited houses, discussed what we needed and hoped to have in our next home.
