Biography
Harbor Wine & Spirits features a generous selection of fine wine, beer and spirits from the world over. We are a full-service Municipal liquor store owned by the City of Mound, staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees.
The City of Mound entered the retail wine and spirits business shortly after the repeal of prohibition in order to control the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the city. All revenue generated by Harbor Wine & Spirits goes back into community projects which would otherwise be funded with increased property taxes.
