My sellers are ready to sell. But not until they find the right home to buy. My buyers are ready to buy. But not until more homes come on the market. Do you see the fun dance we are doing? I literally have dozens of homes that are ready to come on the market that are in a holding pattern: We need the weather to improve so that sellers can prep their last minute exterior needs. We need more sellers to take the plunge and put their homes on the market. I firmly believe that once some of these sellers are ready to go, buyers can have more inventory to choose from, and more sellers can sell and become buyers. Will we have a rush of homes and go back to a buyer’s market? I just don’t see that happening! We just need one or two buyers and sellers to decide now is the time to act on this great market! Okay, and a little sunshine may help too !!!
