It is amazing to see how the interest rates have fluctuated over time. What will the interest rates do in the next 10 years? There has been whispers of the FED raising the rates before the end of the year. There has been so much speculation around this topic all year long. The rates have been so favorable the last 4 years and the housing market has improved so one would think that the only place the rates could go is up. I guess we will see what happens over time.
