Do You Know Lakeshore Owners?
We are still looking for lakeshore options for our clients! Specifically we are looking for homes that fit the following criteria:
• Lakeshore in or near Buffalo and definitely in Buffalo School District. Buyer prefers a newer home but the setting is higher priority than the condition of the home.
• Nicer home also on waterfront, generally within the boundaries of 394/169/212 and not too far West. Smaller lakes like Lake Sarah, Dutch Lake, Langdon, would all be fine!
