You don’t need to spend a lot of money on a gift in order to tell someone how much they mean to you…. Go back to the basics and think about personalizing gifts for people. This seems to make more of an impact for many people anyways. Take time to put together a photo collage for someone and then have it framed. This is very personal and won’t cost you more than $20. Otherwise, when you are making your holiday cookies this year make an extra batch for your cleaning lady or babysitter. Then wrap it up in cellophane and hand write a card. People appreciate the time spent and sentiment on gifts of this nature.
